Vest Construction Inc. (VCI) provides field documentation, measurements, construction estimates and construction services. Vest Engineering Inc. (VEI) performs structural evaluations, engineering analysis and repair design. Engineering opinions and recommendations are issued by VEI under the seal of the engineer of record.
VCI and VEI are under common ownership by Stephan Tremblay, P.E., S.E.

Vest Engineering Inc. (VEI) assesses the damage, issues the sealed engineering report and designs repairs. Vest Construction Inc. (VCI) documents field conditions, estimates the work and builds it. Two companies under common ownership, with clearly defined responsibilities.
We find the hidden damage
A heavy impact travels through a house: roof to walls to floors to foundation. We trace that path and document what is behind the walls, not only what is visible.
Documentation that holds up
Sealed engineering reports, room-by-room photo records, roof framing surveys, 3D models of the damage, and line-item Xactimate estimates that tie back to the report.
Permit and code done properly
Permits first, staged county inspections, engineering hold points, and repairs built to current code.
We protect the house during the work
Shoring, temporary power, containment, dehumidification and moisture logs, so the damage doesn't spread while the house is open.

Selective removal of finishes to expose framing, connections and foundation, with an engineering inspection before anything is closed.
